Wood pellets are a highly efficient and eco-friendly biomass fuel, made from compressed sawdust and wood waste. They are known for their high energy content, low moisture levels, and clean-burning properties, making them an ideal renewable energy source for heating and power generation. Wood pellets are widely used in residential heating systems, industrial boilers, and power plants due to their consistency and ease of use. They produce minimal ash and emissions, contributing to a cleaner environment and reducing dependence on fossil fuels. Our Wood Pellets are made from sawdust and shavings compacted without adding binder to benefit from the highest possible energy efficiency.

The manufacturing process of the pellets allows the compaction of sawdust and shavings in order to make them usable for various heaters such as:

• Automatic living room and floor stoves (Front blower and convection)
• Hydraulic stoves (also called boiler stoves)
• Pellet boiler for residential houses, collective and industrial buildings.
• Boiler combined with an electric generator
• Pet litter

The manufacturing process that transforms the raw material into pellets consists of several steps to produce high quality, high performance pellets that meet European standards:

• The raw material is ground in a sawdust silo.
• The fine sawdust thus obtained is dried in a drying drum generally fed by a biomass boiler or wood residues. The humidity level is controlled to be less than or equal to 10% after drying.
• Once dried, the sawdust is pressed in a special press to form the pellets. The very high pressure of the machine naturally ensures the cohesion of the granules, without binder or additive.
• The granules are cooled and sieved to get rid of all dust.
• Last step: packaging. The granules are packaged in bags or in bulk, ready to use.

At the end of the production cycle we are then able to offer you a quality of Wood Pellets which will considerably and positively influence the cleaning and maintenance cycles.

We offer pellets with an ash content of 0.25%, a bulk density of 1.2 kg/dm3 and a calorific value Hu > 5 kWh/kg.

With a size of 6 to 8mm in diameter and a maximum of 30mm in length, our pellets will allow the proper feeding of the stove and avoid possible blockages.
